Our History
After establishing several smaller lending service providers, namely: Brother Loan & Finance, Checkmate Lending Solutions, and Crystal Rock Finance, we realized it was time to evolve and reorganize our brands to better serve the needs of our customers. When we brought the Index Loans platform online, so much was taken into account by our family. We wanted a product that was convenient and consistent but preserved the same caring customer service we're known for — a stable way to build new relationships and continue serving our long-standing customers.
We still pride ourselves on getting to know your family as much as you have gotten to know ours. The Index Loans process was crafted to make your personal situation better, because that's how family should be treated.
